Our friendly front office staff is prepared to handle your every need from scheduling to answering questions about your insurance benefits, we take all indemnity and most PPO plans, we offer CareCredit financing and self-payment discounts. Due to the technical aspects of dental and medical treatment, figuring out your insurance benefits can be a daunting process. However, our office is prepared to explain your insurance benefits and to process and submit your insurance claims.

Your portion of the payment is required upon delivery of service. However, due to the complexity of insurance coverage and the technical aspects of diagnosis and surgical treatment, our office will assist you in every way to maximize your insurance benefits.

Patient Registration

Self-referrals and second opinions are always welcome, you do not need a referral form- just call to make an appointment!
